Coconut Sheet Cake



I like coconuts in cakes, cookies, ice-cream and everywhere else. Coconut is not popular like chocolate is but it makes the cakes so gorgeous and tender. This soaked cake is easy to make and always looks the same. Try to make it and call over your friend who likes coconuts…it would be a great excuse :-)

It would take 10 minutes of your time to make this coconut delight.









1 (18.25 oz) Betty Crocker white cake mix (plus ingredients needed to bake cake)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 15oz can cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
2 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut, toasted
