Look at this amazing cake, as it stands so tall showing spite to all ice cream cakes which aren’t so hard. Cherries spread through it bring it a sourly taste every once in a while. It’s not hard to make it, but it would take a little bit of your time and it’s certainly better to make it yourself and not to buy it in a store. Homemade is always better. Besides, this one is raw so you don’t have to bake anything.
Crust: almond dark cacao (almonds, cacao, coconut oil, maple sugar)
Layer 1: chocolate ice cream (Heathy’s recipe)
Layer 2: amaretti cookie crumble (almonds, shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple sugar, almond extract)
Layer 3: cherry amaretto ice cream (Heathy’s recipe, + almond extract, cherries)
Swirl: chocolate ice cream and cherry amaretto ice cream (with cherry juice for the pink colour)
